We did a trip to Florida (without Gavin, although we totally could have done it), Katie had a tooth extracted. Gavin likes saying "uh oh" anytime something falls. Halloween although rainy did produce a pumpkin full of candy.

I'm not one to blog about work, but if anyone who reads this is looking for a job.... Do us HR departments a favor. A 30 page resume/binder plus CD with the same works is not necessary. Not only did it probably cost this individual a least $20 book, but I still need to scan it into an online application and then it gets shredded. No one has time to look through 30 pages, if anything bring your portfolio to your interview.
